MYLAND is a Milan based melodic rock band formed in 2004 which has recently been claimed by journalists from all over the world as “the Gods of new AOR”.

Often compared to Journey because of a strong resemblance between Guido Priori (Myland vocalist)'s voice and Steve Perry's, Myland has just released with italian independent label Valery Records their second album NO MAN'S LAND, a pure full lenght AOR pearl featuring legendary guitarists such as Kee Marcello (ex Europe, Tommy Denander (Paul Stanley) and the less known but exceptionally talented Steve Angarthal  (Fire Trails) who have played on the album with their amazing solos.
No man's land is distributed internationally by Valery Records partners Cargo Records (UK), Point Music
(Germany), Sleazy Rider (Greece), Avispa (Spain) and Frontiers (Italy).

As of today the band consists of 5 elements:
Paolo Morbini (drums), Guido Priori (vocal), Clod Corazza (bass), Hox Martino (guitar).
Myland's story revolves around two principal players: vocalist Guido Priori and drummer Paolo Morbini.
Both are well known in the Milan scene and wider field. Priori had been involved with a 'Steve Perry Tribute album a few years ago, and is known for his love of all things Journey, while Morbini (who is also an appreciated drums teacher in Italy) was a member of the band Eva around the time of their 2000/2001
debut album 'The One/Eva', and has also been involved with Brunorock. In the year 2005 Myland releases
their first project 'The Time Is Over”, and in 2007 signs with the italian label Valery Records.

The band is currently promoting No man's land worldwide through numerous interviews and a few show cases and is definitely ready to rock live!

There's not really much more I can say. If many of you have followed my writings all these years, you'll know I'm not that easily swayed. But when I say to you - that you should get out there and buy this CD without question, I mean it.

I can't help but think how much of an influence JOURNEY had on MYLAND and to tell you the truth since we really don't hear anything from Steve Perry anymore MYLAND can move right into that stardom spot.

I was anticipating a great CD for the second offering by MYLAND and “No Man's Land” did not disappoint. Excellent release! Make sure to add this to your collection! - Rockeyez -

Myland appear to be some sort of Italian AOR supergroup, and from the sound of “No Man's land" they've got a great bunch of As good as the voice is, “No Man's Land" would be useless without some killer songs, and it's got them by the bucketful.
The bottom line is that if Journey had come out with this album it would be hailed as a triumphant comeback “No Man's Land" - it's a very competent album full of great melodic rock that I know I will be playing for a long time to come.
