Biography

АТОМНИС, alternatively known as AUTUMNIS for a phonetic equivalent, was created in December of 2009 and takes on the challenge of combining classical orchestration, black metal styled guitars with death metal styled drums in instrumental form. That’s right, no cookie monsters or glass-shrieking sirens or any vocals for that matter are used in АТОМНИС/AUTUMNIS. Vladislav Demidov, who takes care of all the composition and orchestration; drum programming, guitar tracking, recording and mixing, has made it known in previous interviews that he’s perfectly happy working in the realms of instrumental metal and has no current ambitions of adding a vocalist.

Orchestral metal, as Vlad has termed the style of АТОМНИС/AUTUMNIS, is a unique blend of styles and genres that will ultimately facilitate the creation of the perfect epic masterpiece since it allows the dynamics of each instrument to shine through. Where many musical productions today will sacrifice dynamics for sheer volume, you'll find that АТОМНИС/AUTUMNIS will express all facets of life; be it a gentle stroke of the piano key or through the intense blast-beat of the snare drum.

In December of 2010, АТОМНИС/AUTUMNIS released a free-for-download eight track demo on all of their official pages. It’s the first time Vlad has ever released his music in such a way, after personally writing songs for over 10 years.

Whether you are a fan of death metal, black metal, progressive metal or just plain old-fashioned good music, you’ll want to give АТОМНИС/AUTUMNIS a chance to be heard as you won’t be disappointed

PLEASE NOTE:
These eight songs have been written in a span of the last 6-8 years and is the first time  ever released them pubically like this. You will notice slight recording differences due to home recording methods, however the songs are very listenable, clean and will not blow out your speakers. Enjoy

Help Wanted:

As AUTUMNIS is only one person, he simply can't do everything he want for his  project by himself. As his songs are getting longer and more complex, the recording/mixing time is doubling and tripling. If you, or anybody you know, would be interested in helping him in the following areas, please contact him directly at
autumnis1@live.com

ATTENTION:
Please understand that if he had the money and resources, this would not have been a free-for-download release. He cannot offer you any monetary incentive. So, he's afraid these offers are non-paid. However, those who feel pride in a job well done will have that reward and you'll receive all the credit you deserve. Remember, we all start at the bottom rung of the ladder...

MUSIC VIDEOS:
He's looking for any talented video editor/director that would be willing to use one of his songs to produce a music video. He have ideas for each song but am willing to collaberate with you. He didn't have designs on a big 'Hollywood' production, but something that could visually supplement the song very well.

WEBSITE:
He's looking for a person that has the ability to build/maintain a website for AUTUMNIS. He already have a great knowledge of HTML, but he's looking for a more updated version using PHP and XHTML. The ability to also design the website in Photoshop would be a plus, but is not required because he could do it if you're only a coder.

GRAPHICS:
Very self-explanatory, anybody that'd be willing to make animated .gifs, website graphics, myspace graphics or whatever-graphics to help spread the word of AUTUMNIS!
